RETURNS

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE) that is unworn and has the hang-tag originally attached. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.

All returns must be approved prior to returning.

To start the return process please email Support@luckyleodancewear.com for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only clean, unworn items will be accepted for returns within 30 days of the date item was delivered to you. We cannot accept returns on leotards with make-up residue.

Returned items must be in their original condition, and all tags must be originally attached. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or gift card. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

A gift card will be issued if the approved return is received beyond 30 days from the customer's receipt of the item. You may also request a gift card, via email, for your return.

If a RUSH production timeline leotard is returned, the RUSH fee cannot be refunded. If you received free shipping and your return brings the order total below $200, Luckyleo's cost of shipping your order will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

We reserve the right to initiate a restocking fee if the number of returned items becomes excessive.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RESALE

Our products are not authorized for resale. Any attempt to return an item purchased through a third party will render our return policy void.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once an item leaves the facility, Luckyleo is no longer responsible for the order. Please ensure you have the correct address on your order as Luckyleo is not responsible for mis-delivered orders. Luckyleo is not responsible for orders lost in transit.

For orders within the U.S.

We suggest customers opt for Priority or Priority Express shipping for the enhanced speed of travel.

For International orders

We strongly suggest DHL shipping for their enhanced tracking and insurance. Luckyleo is not able to replace international orders lost in transit if not shipped via DHL.

All international orders that contain items on our Standard Production Timeline will ship once the full order is complete. If you’d prefer to have Ready to Ship items shipped first, please place two orders, one containing the Ready to Ship items and a second with your Standard Production Timeline items.

All international orders over $400 will automatically be sent via DHL, as they exceed USPS insurance limits. If you do not want your order shipped via DHL, please place two smaller orders that do not exceed $400 each.

Due to VAT requirements, all UK orders must have a total product value of $200 USD or more (excluding rush fees & customization fees).

SHIPPING DETAILS

Upon your purchase, you will receive an email at the address you provided confirming your order. After we have shipped your order, you will receive a second email with shipping information. We will ship depending on your choice of shipping at checkout. Please allow a few weeks for Priority Mail shipping if you reside outside the US due to possible customs delays.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, CUSTOMS, AND TAXES

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for payment of any such duties, fees or VAT.



Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Luckyleo has no control over these charges, nor can Luckyleo predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
